In addition to home building, we also have developed several residential subdivisions under the heading of Nett Land and Development, Inc. For those who prefer, we can provide the ease and convenience of a one-stop shop. We build custom homes on our own lots or on that of our client’s. For your convenience, we often have new homes available for sale on our lots. Currently, we offer building sites in four countryside locations, all offering rural scenery, low town taxes, and convenient proximity to the area’s schools, employment, local services, and shopping. Our building sites are open to all builders.
